Construction management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a construction project from beginning to completion.
How do you ensure that a project stays within budget?
We work closely with our clients to establish a detailed budget and financial plan for the project. Throughout the construction process, we monitor costs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project stays on budget.
How high can you build?
Standard maximum height allowed (as measured to the peak of the roof) is 30 feet for homes in the R-1 district and R-1 subdistricts.Maximum height for homes in the flood zone or for homes with a roof pitch of 12:12 or greater is 33 feet.
What services do you offer as part of construction management?
We offer a wide range of services, including site preparation and planning, budget management and cost estimates, scheduling and timeline management, quality control and safety management, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, final walk-through and warranty services, and project closeout and document management.
